In this instructional DVD, Oshiro Sensei elucidates the nuances of "how to move like a martial artist" using Heian kata from 1st to 5th dan, emphasizing practical and dynamic techniques.

Instruction and Supervision:
◎ Oshiro Toshihiro (Shuri-te style karate/Yamane Chinen-ryu Bojutsu)
Born in 1949 in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, Oshiro Sensei began his martial arts journey with Matsubayashi-ryu karate at 16 years old under Kisabe Chogi Sensei at 25. He furthered his training in Yamane-ryu Bojutsu. At 28, he ventured to the United States, eventually teaching karate and kobudo after being invited by the Jordanian royal family at 37. Currently residing in San Francisco, he actively promotes and develops karate as the American head of the Ryukyu Martial Arts Research Association, holding an 8th dan in Yamane-ryu.
