DVD 2 Kali kicking methods, Kali trapping in attack, primary gunting (nerve hit) combinations and gunting follow-ups. Approximate running time: 55 minutes
DVD 3 Kali's elbow & hand follow-ups to the limbs & body, wrenches, joint locks & takedowns, including a thorough look at foot trapping and crucial training methods to develop technical flow. 56 minutes
