To assist students using the text, Introduction to Exercise Science has online learning activities delivered through HKPropel. These activities include flash cards, key point review questions, research activities, guided notes, and scenario-based exercises to fully immerse students in the various aspects of exercise science. Students will learn how to read and evaluate research and develop the ability to think critically in order to confront specific challenges. Most of the activities can be assigned and tracked by instructors directly through HKPropel. Chapter quizzes (assessments), which are automatically graded, may also be assigned to test comprehension of critical concepts.

A code for accessing HKPropel is included with all new print books and some ebooks. For ebook formats that don’t provide an access code, one may be purchased separately.
