Recorded the Daikomei Festival held at Tokyo Budokan from November 29th to December 1st, 1999. When Masaaki Hatsumi studied under his master Toshitsugu Takamatsu, he was 70 years old. Masaaki Hatsumi, who is 70 years old, the same age as his master at that time, teaches the Happo secret sword of the Kukijin tradition. The secret is to get close to the opponent's key points, slay them by your side, and defeat them by your side. Control with your legs, keep your legs on your hips. And don't decide the technique and wrap up the opponent. Do not let the other person breathe. To live and be strong is because we are moving and walking.
About the instructor:
He studied under Toshitsugu Takamatsu, the last ninja who was called the "Tiger of Mongolia," and inherited the sect of the nine Kobudo schools. Togakure-ryu Ninja, Takagi Yoshin-ryu Jutaijutsu, Tiger Fudo-ryu Koppoujutsu, Tamatora-ryu Koppoujutsu, Ungakure-ryu Ninja, Tamashin-ryu Ninja, Yoshikan-ryu Koppōjutsu, Shinden Fudo-ryu Koppoujutsu, Kuki Shinden Ryuhachiho secret sword. The Bujinkan Dojo was established by integrating the essences of the nine schools and has students all over the world.
