About the instructor:

Minoru Akuzawa embarked on his martial arts journey during his late teens, focusing initially on Chinese martial arts. His dedication and talent propelled him to become a representative of Japan in the early international Sanda tournament, where he actively participated. It was during this time that he recognized the pivotal role of fundamental training in martial arts.

Seeking further knowledge and mastery, Akuzawa delved into the study of Japanese ancient martial arts and taijutsu. Drawing from the rich traditions of these disciplines, he founded Aunkai in 2003—an institution dedicated to sharing his profound understanding of martial arts with others.

To disseminate his teachings on a global scale, Akuzawa conducts annual seminars across Europe and various countries. These highly anticipated seminars provide enthusiasts with a unique opportunity to learn directly from Akuzawa, benefiting from his extensive experience and insights.
